Your appointment has been reserved JUST FOR YOU. In order to be fair to all clients, the following policies are in effect:
You will receive a text and email reminder 48 hours before your appointment. It is your responsibility to respond immediately to the text/email confirmation, if you need to change or cancel your appointment. *Please make sure that if you do cancel, that you complete the process and get confirmation that your appointment is canceled.

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, you may be subject to a late cancellation charge of 50% of the full session. Note: You can avoid being charged by sending someone in your place.
Late Arrivals
If you are going to be late, notification is appreciated. It is possible your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Packages/Products Purchases
The purchase of massage packages or products are final sale. As a small business owner, refunds cannot be offered on any unused appointments/sessions for individual sessions or packages
